Workplace
- Receive, track and manage order progress, from order placement to successful delivery, ensuring accurate information.
- Update customer information and order status in the management system (CRM or internal software).
- Plan and remind branches/post offices to deliver goods on time or according to specific plans/POs to increase the KPI rate of sending branches.
- Directly handle complaints from customers on the assigned route, including cases of failed deliveries, missing deliveries, breakage or damage.
- Negotiate compensation with customers and hold internal meetings to come up with appropriate solutions.
- Support to solve daily problems from related departments.
2. Customer care plan:
- Make a list of customers (high-end, potential, new) to have a suitable customer care plan.
- Proactively call and meet customers to receive feedback from customers, maintain relationships, enhance customer experience and improve company services.
3. Consulting and quoting additional services:
- Quote and consult Netco's services to improve service quality and increase sales.
- Cooperate with sales staff to advise and persuade customers to use the service.
- College/University graduate in related majors (Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or equivalent).
- 1 year of experience in customer care in the field of transportation, express delivery, logistics or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, flexible situation handling and ability to withstand work pressure.
- Ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in office software, priority given to those who know how to use CRM or ERP software.
- Probationary salary: 9 million/month (probationary period 1 or 2 months depending on ability)
- Official income: 10 - 12 million
