Job Description

Job Description:

Find out the needs to provide a suitable personal itinerary for students who register at the center, via phone and the center's online channels.
Based on the customer data provided to advise, follow up, and complete registration procedures for students at ORO, take care of new contacts to convert them into students at ORO.
Complete KPIs and assigned work tasks daily, weekly, and monthly.
Take care of students to ensure re-enrollment rate.
Report results and work status daily, weekly, monthly according to manager's regulations.

Job requirements:

Quick, cheerful, able to communicate and persuade effectively
Patient, honest, serious and cheerful.
Able to communicate in basic English
Have personal laptop for work
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in education sales or related fields required.
Work 6 days/week

+ Morning – afternoon shift: 8:30 – 17:30 (lunch break 12:00 – 13:30)

+ Afternoon – evening shift: 13:30 – 21:30

Interest:

Competitive salary, income from 8 million - 10 million (fixed salary) + Personal bonus + % revenue commission. Average monthly income up to 40 million VND.
