Nội dung công việc:
- Tiếp nhận đơn hàng (vải, sợi) từ khách, xuống đơn cho nhà máy ở Việt Nam và thực hiện giám sát theo dõi tiến trình đơn hàng cho đến khi giao hàng thành công.
- Quản lý các văn bản, hợp đồng, theo dõi đơn hàng liên quan đến bộ phận kinh doanh.
- Báo cáo tình hình sản xuất, quản lý đơn hàng của bộ phận kinh doanh cho trưởng bộ phận, giám đốc kinh doanh theo quy định của công ty.
- Giải quyết đơn hàng và quản lý hồ sơ khách hàng.
- Hỗ trợ nhân viên Sales các công việc liên quan như: Cắt vải mẫu, gửi mẫu cho khách hàng…
- Quản lý, điều phối và kiểm soát các công việc kinh doanh hậu cần.
- Các công việc khác liên quan tới bộ phận kinh doanh theo yêu cầu của cấp trên
