Work content:
- Receive orders (fabric, yarn) from customers, send orders to factories in Vietnam and monitor order progress until successful delivery.
- Manage documents, contracts, track orders related to the business department.
- Report the production situation, order management of the sales department to the head of the department, the sales director according to the company's regulations.
- Processing orders and managing customer records.
- Support Sales staff with related tasks such as: Cutting fabric samples, sending samples to customers...
- Manage, coordinate and control the logistics business.
- Other jobs related to the business department at the request of superiors
