JOB DETAILS: This position requires the ability to manage and lead a recruitment team, build recruitment strategies, and develop team capabilities to achieve KPIs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage and lead a team of 5-10 recruitment personnel, ensuring performance and quality meet objectives.
- Develop monthly/quarterly/annual recruitment plans and strategic directions to help teams achieve KPIs.
- Training, mentoring, and developing the team's capabilities to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Monitor the recruitment process and propose improvements to optimize the candidate pool and recruitment efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand staffing needs and implement appropriate recruitment plans.
REQUEST:- Strong recruitment experience is preferred, with at least 6 months of experience managing a team.
- Modern, proactive thinking with the ability to lead and motivate.
- Ability to handle pressure well, flexible problem-solving skills.
