CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Partner with business leaders to turn ambiguous questions into precise hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria that matter to Vexeres growth.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Architect the analytic approach: scope projects, prioritise the backlog, and map star/snowflake models and Dataform pipelines that will answer the problem at scale.
- Build and maintain BigQuery pipelines with automated tests, alerts, and SLA checks to secure clean, reliable, and uptodate data.
- Curate, document, and version datasets; enforce coding standards and coach junior analysts to ensure consistent, reusable assets.
- Run advanced analytics: A/Btest design and causal inference, deep segmentation, forecasting, and ROI modelling to surface growth opportunities.
- Transform findings into compelling dashboards and narratives, delivering clear, databacked recommendations to Clevel and crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of new technologies (dbt, Airflow, GenAI) and host knowledgesharing sessions to elevate the companys data culture.
YÊU CẦU:
- 3 + years of endtoend analytics with measurable impact on product or revenue KPIs, including ownership of at least two fullcycle projects.
- Willing to learn and curious to explore data-driven insights
- Teamwork spirit and proactive mindset
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets accurately
- Familiarity with SQL; experience with BigQuery is a plus
- Familiarity with BI Tools for visualization; experience with Looker Studio is a plus
