Job description
- Collaborate with Japanese engineers and product managers to define software requirements, and lead the project through both development and operations.
- Explain technical requirements to engineers in Vietnam, manage progress and tasks to ensure project progress.
- Ensure appropriate quality control at each stage: design, programming and testing to deliver high quality software.

- Collaborate with Japanese engineers and product managers to create design documents. If you are able to listen to Japanese requirements/specifications and design the system yourself, that's even better.
- Manage engineer schedules, tasks, and issues.
- High quality software design, including system architecture design.
- Develop software with clean, efficient source code (conduct code reviews to ensure code quality is at a standard level or higher).
- Perform total quality control including both functional and non-functional. Can coordinate with Japanese engineers to improve product quality.
- Create and manage documentation required for system maintenance.
- Monitor operating status and handle incidents when they occur.
Requirements
Must:
- Japanese N2, good communication
- 2-3 years of BrSE/PM experience
- Technical background
Report: Japanese Manager
Salary: up to 3000$
Working time: Mon - Fri: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Hybrid 2nd & 3rd: work from home
