    WHAT YOU DO:

    Team Leadership & Management:

    • Lead and orient the team of Business Analysts (BA) and Bridge Engineers (BrSE)
    • Establish best working practices, business processes and quality standards for projects
    • Conduct performance reviews, advise on career development pathways and enhance team capacity
    • Coordinate resource allocation and workload across multiple projects

    Strategic business analysis:

    • Partner with senior leadership to understand strategic business objectives and translate into actionable requirements
    • Capture and execute product roadmap through discussions with Product Managers and stakeholders
    • Identify new business opportunities and areas for optimization

    Technical knowledge:

    • Collaborate with development teams to design technical solutions for complex AI/computer vision (CV) related requirements
    • Review and develop technical documentation for items such as camera streaming, video processing, AI model integration

    WHO YOU ARE

    Experience & Leadership:

    • Minimum 35 years of experience in one of the BA/BrSE/PM positions, including at least 1-2 years in a Senior/BA Lead position
    • Preference given to candidates with experience with camera systems, video streaming or computer vision applications
    • Master Agile/Scrum methodology and team management skills

    Technical skills:

    • Proficient in wireframe design tools (Figma, Sketch) and project requirements management tools
    • Advanced skills in building BA documentation, using data analysis tools, spreadsheets and project management software
    • Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and edge computing concepts
    • Familiar with camera protocols (RTSP, ONVIF), video codecs and streaming technology

    Communication & Language:

    • Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher
    • Able to communicate in English, able to write documents in English
    • Excellent presentation and documentation skills
    • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
