Job Description

- Job details:

- Interaction management: Receiving and responding to customer messages (Inbox) and comments on the company's Fanpage, Zalo OA, etc.
- In-depth consultation: Answering questions about the product (milk ingredients, how to prepare the milk, choosing diaper size, age suitability, etc.). Advising on a treatment plan or product combination suitable for the needs of mother and baby.
- Order confirmation: Obtain customer information, create the order in the system, and transfer the information to the Shipping Department.
- Customer care for existing customers: Proactively send messages to inquire about their baby's product usage, remind them when their baby is running low on formula/diapers so they can reorder.
- Handling complaints: Receiving feedback regarding product quality, delayed or damaged goods, and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues satisfactorily for customers.
- Content Management: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to update the Page with promotions and customer feedback.

- Job requirements:

- Female: aged 20-35.
- 2 years of experience in related industries, preferably FMCG or mother & baby products.
- Writing skills: Correct spelling, gentle and friendly language.
- Response speed: The ability to type quickly and handle multiple conversations simultaneously without errors.
- Knowledge: Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of childcare, nutrition, or prior experience in the mother and baby industry.
- Attitude: Patient and calm when dealing with difficult customers. Highly responsible for achieving assigned sales targets.
- Tools: Knowing how to use sales/page management software like Pancake and KiotViet is a big advantage.
- Working hours: Flexible shift schedule as arranged by management.
Monday - Sunday (from 08:00 to 22:30)
Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (1 day off per week, any day of your choice)
