Job Description

Job description:

Combined with the warehouse department to monitor the quality of imported goods / warehouse information for the system.
Coordinate with QC department to handle goods quality problems.
Combine import-export department, logistics department and warehouse department to plan customs clearance, plan delivery, monitor and handle issues related to forwarding.
Management and customer care.
Make purchase and sale contracts, follow up contracts and related documents.
Process data, coordinate with accounting department to issue invoices.
Monitor and collect debts.
Prepare reports as required by management and leadership.

Job requirements:

Graduated with a major in economics.
Have a desire to work and love the business environment
Experience: No experience required, fresh graduates are accepted.
Gender: Male
Age: from 21 to 27.

Basic skills required:

Communication skills: be able to build content when communicating
Basic office computer skills (basic Microsoft), other software if available (Canava, Photoshop, ...)
Eager to learn, disciplined, responsible and ethical life

Full support for accommodation costs while working in Binh Thuan. (Meals: 3 meals/day, from Monday to Sunday; Stay: at the hotel built for employees on the company premises)

There is a shuttle bus for employees from Binh Thuan to Saigon at noon on Saturday and from Saigon to Binh Thuan every Sunday night.

Salary Bonus:

Competitive salary for fresh graduates, especially in case of experience, a separate competitive salary will be negotiated.
