Job Description:
- Receive and process orders from Japanese customers: Read and understand order requirements in Japanese, confirm information with customers and related departments.
- Coordinate with departments (Production, Purchasing, Warehouse...) to schedule detailed production, ensure progress and meet quality requirements.
- Track order progress: Monitor daily production process, promptly urge and adjust plans when there are changes.
- Internal contact and coordination: Act as a liaison between departments within the company to handle issues related to raw materials, quantity, and quality during the production process.
- Support translation and interpretation in meetings or technical documents (if needed)
Request:
- College or University graduate.
- Gender: Male. Age under 40
- Japanese communication skills from N2 or higher.
- (Priority if you have N1 - little experience is still acceptable)
- Have at least 1 year of working experience
- Experience working in the planning department of wood and furniture industry (Priority)
- Proficient in office computer
- Personal characteristics: Meticulous, tidy, responsible, careful and sociable.
- Priority is given to candidates in Binh Duong (more convenient for work)
Working location: Ben Cat, Binh Duong. (Shuttle bus available in HCM)
Salary: 15M - 20M Gross
Working time: Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Shuttle Bus: Pick up at Hang Xanh Crossroads at 6AM
