Job Description

JOB DETAILS
This position will oversee both the sales department and other departments. Responsible for maximizing team-wide performance, focusing not only on individual results but also on driving the overall growth of the organization.
Goal setting and strategic planning

Goal setting and planning for teams and departments (semi-annual)
Plan and implement strategies to improve business performance (including new business development)

Business management and progress

Optimize and streamline business processes
Manage Member Progress and Evaluate Results (Comprehensive)

Member management and training

Guidance and training of subordinates, evaluation and feedback
Motivate and build teams

Internal and external coordination and reporting

Coordinate with other departments
Reporting to management and supporting decision making

Problem solving and risk management

Identify problems and difficulties and implement countermeasures
Predicting and managing business risks

REQUEST:

OBLIGATORY

At least 1 year of leadership or management experience
