Manage human resources, goods, finance, and operations:
Check, supervise and track store operations during shifts, schedule work for employees; ensure sufficient quantity and quality of personnel to operate, and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
Implement programs and activities from the company. Arrange, mobilize, urge and control employees to perform work.
