OSPV needs to recruit IT staff to go to Japan with the following content:
Work content:
' Join Japanese engineers, operate and develop the company's products and services.
• Communicate with the project's Marketing, Design or PM departments to understand requirements and implementation.
• Go to the parent company in Japan to work or work long-term when requested by the company.
• Review code, support other members when requested.
• Research and develop ideas and solutions to improve processes, improve work performance and product features.
Technically, we mainly use React, but also have projects that use Vue and Angular. The parent company is involved in many different projects due to its relationship with its subsidiaries, so it has many opportunities to participate in the implementation of new projects. When implementing new projects, we choose modern technologies so engineers can develop and learn! We welcome members who have the ability to choose technology appropriate to the times and the rapidly changing Frontend technology with acumen and ability to perceive information. In addition, recently, it has also become important to consider fields related to Server Side Rendering (SSR), Backends For Frontends (BFF). In fact, when implementing the project (virtual office service), the Frontend team took on both Server Side (Node.js) and Infra (AWS). We implemented technologies such as "Serverless" and "GraphQL" for the first time and contributed to enhancing internal technical capabilities. We welcome candidates who not only want to work as Frontend Engineers but also want to operate as Full Stack Engineers!
NECESSARY SKILLS
• Japanese level equivalent to N4 or higher and motivated to learn Japanese, wishing to go to Japan to work long-term.
• Experience in web development.
• Experience using React/Next.js, Node.js
• Experience writing unit tests
• Experience in code review
WE WELCOME THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL CAPABILITIES:
• Experience in building infra structures and building systems from scratch.
• Experience in designing and building API, graphql
• AWS or GCP experience
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass
• Experience in team leadership and project management
• Present problems logically, coherently, and progress in work.
* Face-to-face interview at Hanoi office: Ocean Park Building, 1 Dao Duy Anh Street, Phuong Mai, Dong Da, Hanoi, Vietnam.
*After passing, there will be training at the Hanoi office for about 1-5 months (depending on ability), while working in Vietnam with salary.
