Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Project Manager (PM) with good leadership skills, creative thinking in project management and development. PM will lead the development team to ensure efficiency, productivity and quality.

Main tasks :

Collaborate with Product Manager to define project goals, scope, roles and responsibilities.

Manage demand, allocation and utilization of resources (internal and external partners).

Budget and track expenses to ensure they stay within budget.

Prepare detailed plan: milestones, workflow, activities.

Implement and manage projects according to plan.

Track progress and report status regularly.

Adjust when there are changes in scope, schedule, budget.

Identify and mitigate risks.

Manage relationships and communication with stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction on project delivery.

Job Requirements

Obligatory :

Have project management experience.

Good technical knowledge, good understanding of software development process.

Sharp thinking about business and commerce.

Analytical skills, risk identification and problem solving.

Good time management, effective multitasking.

Communication and conflict management skills.

Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Have a product & market mindset.

Experience working at startups, bringing products to the PMF (Product Market Fit) stage.

Business Japanese proficiency (minimum N2 ) Required.

Prioritize :

Have PMP certificate.

Experience working in multinational companies.

INTEREST

Salary: 2,500 USD Gross (negotiable).

Working hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.

Benefits :

14 months salary/year.

Probation: 85% Gross salary.
