ABOUT THE ROLE
Kingston Medical is expanding into Vietnam with telehealth devices, AI-enabled health screening equipment, and medical kiosk solutions. This role focuses on generating market insights, supporting sales outreach, and assisting with marketing and event activities for the Vietnam market.

A. Vietnam Market Insights

Conduct market research on Vietnams healthcare, telehealth, and medical device landscape.
Identify target segments: pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, factories, industrial sites.
Analyse competitor products, pricing, and positioning.
Study Vietnams regulatory requirements for medical devices.
Track industry movements and healthcare trends.
Identify Vietnam distributors, partners, importers, and resellers.
Collect customer feedback for product positioning.

B. Sales Support (Vietnam)

Support B2B outreach to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients.
Assist with sales materials, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
Participate in product demonstrations.
Maintain Vietnam sales databases.
Coordinate with Vietnamese partners and distributors.

C. Marketing & Content (Vietnam-focused)

Create marketing content for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Vietnam platforms.
Draft bilingual (Vietnamese & English) marketing materials.
Assist with flyers, catalogues, banners, and event materials.
Translate marketing and technical materials.
Collect photos/videos for marketing use.

D. Event & Exhibition Support

Assist with Vietnam exhibitions and medical fairs.
Help with booth setup, product demos, and client enquiries.
Conduct event competitor analysis.
Prepare Post-Event Analysis Reports.

E. Operations & Coordination

Coordinate with Singapore HQ on logistics and documents.
Maintain weekly report updates.
Support admin tasks such as data entry, tracking, and reports.
Ensure timely follow-up with Vietnam clients.

F. Working Arrangement

Contractor chooses their own working hours.
Must be reasonably available for communication and coordination between 9am6pm (Singapore Time), MondayFriday.

G. Flexibility

Occasional support may be required on weekends, public holidays, or outside usual hours for events, exhibitions, or urgent matters (with additional compensation or agreed rates).

H. Note

This is a deliverable-based independent contractor role, not an employment position.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields.
Experience in healthcare/medical/tech is an advantage.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Native Vietnamese; English working level.
Strong communication skills and independence.
Design skills (Canva and Capcut) and Adobe Software Proficiency is a plus.
