    仕事内容

    - チームメンバー（エージェントとチームリーダー）の知識とトレーニングの監督
    ・コンタクトセンター業務全般（従業員支援機能）の成果を支えるプログラムの企画・実施・分析を担当。
    - 定期的に国内 (および外国) の代理店と緊密に連携して、情報を取得したり、トレーニング資料や方法の現実とニーズを学習したりします。
    - サービス改善とモチベーション プログラムを監視し、積極的に参加する。
    - コンタクト センター サービス サポート プログラム全体で発生する問題とその分析について決定を下す。
    - トレーニング、ブリーフィング、最新情報の検索など、個人のパフォーマンス開発に責任を負います。
    - 合意された開発期間中、CRM および CE のすべてのユニットの品質改善を担当
    - すべてのチーム メンバーがアクティビティに積極的に関与し、視点を維持するように監視および確認します。
    - フォローアップし、実行される認証/評価の活動にチーム全体が積極的に参加するようにします。
    - すべての製品知識に関するオンライン テスト問題をカスタマー サービスに提供し、すべてのテスト問題がシステムに送信されるようにします。
    - 製品/プログラムを顧客サービス システムに確実に更新する責任を負います (従業員サポート機能)。
    - アクティビティ レポートを日次、週次、月次のチーム パフォーマンス レポートとして提供します。
