Job Description

- Supervision of Knowledge and Training for team members (agents and team leaders)
- Responsible for the planning, implementation and analysis of programs that support the results of all contact center services (Employee Support function).
- Regularly work closely with domestic (and foreign) agents to get information or learn the reality and needs of training materials and methods.
- Monitor and actively participate in service improvement and motivation programs.
- Make decisions about problems occurring throughout the Contact Center service support program and its analysis.
- Responsible for personal performance development such as training, briefings, finding the latest information and others.
- Responsible for quality improvement of all units in CRM & CE during agreed development time
- Monitor and ensure that all team members are actively involved working closely with the activity to maintain perspective.
- Follow up and ensure that the whole team actively participates in the activities of the certification/assessment to be carried out.
- Provide online test questions for all product knowledge to customer services and ensure all test questions are submitted into the system.
- Be responsible for and ensure updating products/programs into the customer service system (Employee Support function).
- Provide Activity Report as daily, weekly and monthly Team performance report.
