• すべてのエージェントが定性的な指標で毎日の KPI を達成していることを確認します。

•スコアリング KPI 統計の監視。

• メンバーのパフォーマンスの改善点を特定し、特定します。

・上司からの日報のモニタリング

•チームメンバーにリーダーシップ、ガイダンス、サポートを提供する

•エージェントへの軽食とトレーニングを管理する

•エージェントが解決できない重大なインシデントを処理する

•この部門の範囲外の場合、問題を特定して関連チームにエスカレーションします。

•生産性と問題解決に関連するメンバー間の問題を見つける。

• SOP に従って、顧客からの特別な要求を受け入れて処理します。

• 払い戻しに関する顧客とのやり取り、説明と処理の提供。

•チームとの定期的な会議を管理して、パフォーマンスを確認します。

•SOP によって定義された利用可能な在庫に従って、ルーティングと支払い方法の有効化を管理します。

•会社のSOPに従って、すべてのケースが必要な時間枠内に解決されるようにします。

•会社のリスクチームに詐欺を報告します。

• 製品エラーの発見を、関連する製品/エンジニアリングチームに報告します。
