Managing the IT System of the entire company (50%)
- Build and develop the company-wide network system to meet the needs of exploiting and exchanging information internally and externally.
- Build internal network infrastructure, ensure the internal network is well equipped for storing, sharing, and exploiting information, ensuring the database system is secure and safe.
- Manage servers, databases, signal networks.
- Update and upgrade software when necessary or upon request.
- Ensure hardware and software systems operate smoothly.
- Deploy equipment for new locations and new personnel when required regarding computers, phones, networks, etc.
- Provide information guidance and support to departments when necessary.
Manage the company's website and media (50%)
- Manage domain names, hosting, websites, other data (photos, videos, etc.)
- Responsible for updating activities and images about events, products, and businesses on the Company website and the Company's media (There will be staff to support content writing).
- Have basic filming and photography skills of sample products or events that the business participates/organizes
- Manage and continuously update the company's social networking sites (Website, Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Perform related tasks as requested by direct managers
Hard Skills:
- Graduated from College or University majoring in computers, networks, and IT
- Have experience and understanding of professional knowledge about computers, software, internet, web server, LAN / WAN / Internet.
- Experience in handling problems related to computers, printers, etc.
- Experience with computer hardware/software.
- Experience in managing server/IT systems (1-2 years)
- Experience in handling technical problems related to IT systems
- MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Understand basic functions
- Processing raw data + Visualizing reports
