Job details:- The Head of the Training Department is responsible for and reports directly to the Director of the Center for the quality of training at the institution he/she is in charge of, specifically as follows:
- Jobs related to the management of the student's learning process: Closely monitor the student's learning process and suggest or decide on support if necessary to help the student learn better;
- Tasks related to teacher management: Managing teachers during their work at the center to ensure that they comply with the established teaching and student care process; periodically evaluate teachers' teaching hours and make appropriate decisions (replacement, dismissal, additional training...);
- Jobs related to the management of Training staff: guiding and facilitating the integration of new employees; plan to train former employees in higher positions to create successor human resources in the future; internal assessment and make appropriate recommendations (promotion, dismissal, salary increase, training to higher level personnel...);
- Work related to program management: Follow up closely with the teaching progress and record inadequacies (if any) when implementing the program to have the most appropriate assessments and adjustments;
- Resolve other arising situations that staff cannot handle (complaints, questions from parents, students...);
- Other tasks assigned directly by superiors.
Working time : Full-time job 8 hours/day and shift work (with administrative shift, broken shift, evening shift & weekend). 1 day off a week.
Working location: Dong Do Campus 1: 1014 Huong Lo 2, Binh Tri Dong A Ward, Binh Tan District, City. Ho Chi Minh City Income and working conditions:- Main salary: minimum 12,000,000/month or more ;
- Payment of social insurance – Annual leave – New Year holidays: according to Labor law.
- Commitment to the roadmap and annual minimum wage increase and is reflected in the labor contract;
- Travel (domestic or foreign) every 2 years
Candidate Requirements:- About education and experience
- Graduated from University with major in English, priority given to candidates with Master's degree in TESOL or Education Management;
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
