Job description:

We recruit students from various marketing channels (Facebook, TikTok, Landing Page).
Advise students on investment courses in forex and trend analysis.
Explain the program, curriculum, content, costs, and special offers.
Provide support to students via phone/Zalo/Facebook before closing the deal.
Follow up with students until they register, complete tuition payment, and then transfer the information to Customer Service.
Ensure weekly/monthly sales KPIs are met (number of students, revenue, conversion rate).
Stay updated on product knowledge and collaborate with the customer service department to maintain the best possible student experience.

Job requirements:

Male/Female, 1835 years old, with a clear voice and confident in communication.
No experience required; experience in financial consulting, student recruitment, or telesales is preferred.
Proactive attitude, ability to handle KPI pressure well, and a growth mindset.
Familiarity with CRM and call center software is an advantage. Those unfamiliar will receive thorough training.
Enthusiastic, energetic, perceptive, and self-disciplined.
Having a passion for financial investment and personal development is a huge advantage.

Fixed salary: 6,000,000 VND + KPI commission + opportunities to earn additional income from stock and foreign exchange investments (trading). Part-time salary is 50% of the fixed salary.
High commission rates per course, with no income limit.
