The Operations Assistant assists the Manager in organizing, supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the playground. This position acts as a liaison between the manager and team leaders/staff, ensuring service quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
MAIN JOBS:
1. Support daily operations Schedule and coordinate activities Monitor and summarize the operational status of departments: kitchen, bar, housekeeping, carpentry, maintenance, office, workshop. Ensure adequate staffing during shifts, handle shift changes when unexpected events arise.
2. Human resource management Track working hours, attendance, and leave of employees in the entire area. Support recruitment, organize internal training, and evaluate work performance periodically. Be a bridge between the Manager and team leaders and employees in communicating information and feedback.
3. Safety & service quality monitoring Conduct periodic safety checks for sports games: zipline, climbing, archery, Coordinate with technical/maintenance department to quickly handle incidents. Participate in building, improving and guiding safe operating procedures.
4. Equipment and materials management Periodically take inventory of equipment, toys, and work tools. Monitor material consumption (especially in the kitchen, bar, and workshop), and plan orders.
5. Support communication & customer service Coordinate the organization of events and workshops for children. Manage fanpage (if needed), support customer feedback, handle minor complaints. Record feedback from parents to suggest service improvements.
6. Reporting and recommendations Compile weekly reports on operations, incidents, personnel and basic finances. Propose improvements to operations, schedules, and work processes to improve overall efficiency. Job requirements Experience in operations, event organization, child education or equivalent service industry. Ability to organize, distribute work and handle situations flexibly. Good communication, honesty, responsibility and team spirit. Proficient in office computer (Excel, Google Sheets, email).
