- Job details: * Job description:
- Compiling, reviewing, and analyzing financial reports.
- Prepare documents and gather necessary information as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Receiving, classifying, organizing, and processing information, documents, and files from various departments.
- Plan, organize, and supervise the execution of events and meetings as required.
- Provide translation and interpretation services as required.
- Regular work progress reports
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
Job requirements:
- Graduated from college or university or higher
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience as an Assistant/Sales Admin/Assistant to a Director-level position.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Capable of planning and implementation.
- Quick to grasp information and have a good memory.
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and independently, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to withstand high work pressure
- Energetic, enthusiastic, honest, careful, and responsible.
