JOB DETAILS: This position is responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, directly participating in sales and data management, training and developing the team, and preparing sales performance reports.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Team Management & Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and support staff in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Motivate, inspire, and build a positive work ethic within the team.
- Develop a sales strategy: Create a business plan and implement a sales process for the team.
- Analyze the market, customer behavior, and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Directly involved in sales: Advising, negotiating, and closing sales with key customers.
- Support in handling difficult situations and complex deals.
- Data Management & Telesales: Receiving data from Marketing and distributing it to staff.
- Monitor and supervise the effectiveness of data processing and telesales activities.
- Team Training & Development: Providing guidance and training on sales skills, processes, and product knowledge for employees.
- Evaluate team performance and propose improvements to team capabilities.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on business results and team performance.
- Proposing solutions to improve sales efficiency.
REQUEST:- 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Telesales, preferably with team management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Capable of analyzing data and developing business plans.
- Able to withstand sales pressure, possess a high sense of responsibility.
- Proactive, decisive, and possessing problem-solving skills.

- To meet the job requirements, knowledge of Business Administration is necessary.
