1.Job Description:
* Be responsible for responsible for Paralegals and Associates under the group;
* Draft and review legal documents and correspondence to clients and other key stakeholders of Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers;
* Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles;
* Communicate with clients or other offices of Rajah & Tann Asia;
* Provide training and perform promotional legal and other works as maybe requested by the Partners from time to time;
* Assist Partners in business development works; and
* Other detailed of works that may be required by the Partners or Senior Associates from time to time.
2.Job Requirements:
* At leastyears of working experience in a professional legal environment;
* Complete or currently join in the lawyer training course at the Judicial Academy in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
* English fluency is essential, with fluency in other languages a bonus.
* Ability to perform in high pressure environment, including time and document management skills;
* Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese; and
* Ability to work well independently and as a team.
Priority will be given to candidates who can start working immediately.
