JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Perform tasks related to salaries and benefits.
- Perform calculations and process monthly attendance and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Update salary-related information: contract changes, salary increases/decreases, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
- Manage and store personnel and payroll data, ensuring information security.
2. Social insurance - Personal income tax, Labor regulations:
- Process social insurance increase/decrease documents and settle social insurance benefits correctly, completely, and promptly.
- Monitoring and reconciling monthly social insurance contributions.
- Handling paperwork: issuing tax identification numbers (TINs), registering dependents, participating in assisting with personal income tax finalization.
- Submit all periodic labor reports fully and on time.
3. Welfare benefits:
- Introducing employee benefits policies for new hires.
- Addressing employee welfare policies and benefits such as social insurance, health insurance, PVI health insurance, health check-ups, and other support policies. Monitoring and processing leave entitlements, maternity leave, sick leave, and other benefits in accordance with legal regulations and company policies.
4. Communication and policy advice:
- Implement and coordinate communication of policies aimed at promoting business performance and results, launching new employee benefits programs, and employee welfare events.
- Advise and answer employee questions regarding salaries and benefits.
5. Managing and utilizing human resource information:
- Manage personnel records and collect and update personnel information on the software to provide input to relevant management levels regarding personnel decisions.
- Collect and analyze HR data, and build dashboards to monitor key HR-related metrics.
6. Other tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
Graduates with a university degree in related fields such as Law, Human Resources, or Finance.
Have 1-2 years of work experience in a related field;
Eager to learn, honest, and highly responsible in information security;
Good skills and meticulousness in handling and analyzing data accurately.
Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets;
Knowledge of labor law, personal income tax, and social insurance.
Experience using HR-related modules within Base.vn software is an advantage;
Energetic, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
