1. Job description:
- Manage restaurant operations (Service, Kitchen, Warehouse...)
- Monitor food quality, service, hygiene and food safety.
- Ensure service quality and customer care.
- Training, assigning work and work to employees.
- Evaluate work performance, encourage praise and transparent discipline.
- Building a positive and cohesive working environment.
- Control revenue, costs, profits.
- Warehouse management, material standards, loss reduction.
- Prepare periodic revenue/expense reports for the Board of Directors.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
- Maintain satisfaction, increase customer return rate.
- Organize periodic service quality surveys.
- Propose incentive programs and events to attract customers.
- Coordinate with media/partners to promote the restaurant.
