Managing operations of 5-6 stores: Directly manage and operate retail and operations at the store to ensure efficiency and sales growth according to the Company's plan.
- Implement business goals for the management area: ✓ Develop sales targets, product plans, sales policies & organize implementation.
✓ Implement detailed business plans for each store in the area of responsibility.
✓ Closely follow the regional market, grasp the market, customers, competitors, and characteristics of each region;
✓ Monitor and evaluate sales activities.
✓ Organize and implement activities to search, expand the market, develop the showroom system. Contact to negotiate rent and discount, sign contracts with shopping centers, buildings, premises, etc. where the company has showroom opening projects.
✓ Responsible for managing and planning inventory handling.
✓ Propose and coordinate the implementation of company events.
✓ Regular and ad hoc reporting, revenue analysis through sales reports and making changes to sales plans/strategies when necessary to improve business performance.
- Conduct supervision, training and evaluation of personnel:
✓ Coordinate resources as needed in the area of responsibility: quantity and quality of personnel according to the staffing at the point of sale.
✓ Have a recruitment plan to ensure sales team retention.
✓ Implement training programs as planned.
✓ Provide training support to CHs in the region when needed.
✓ Periodic assessment of human resource quality
- Monitor and evaluate service standard maintenance:
Responsible for monitoring and urging to ensure that procedures have been issued to each store in the area in charge.
✓ Handle customer complaints, collect feedback and suggest service improvements.
✓ Ensure showroom images follow the concept handed over by the Marketing department
✓ Manage assets, tools and equipment in stores -
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
