- Job requirements:
1) Qualifications and experience:
● Graduated from university with a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent fields;
● Japanese language proficiency level N2, N1: proficient in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
● Possess basic knowledge of IT, business analysis, and project management.
● At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner (PO) or 2 years of experience as an IT comtor/tester/sub-PO/PM.
- Benefits received:
1) Working hours, annual leave, vacation days:
● Flexible working hours, starting from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, with a 1-hour lunch break (12:00 PM to 1:00 PM), and finishing work within 8 hours.
● Remote work is limited to a maximum of 30% of working time per month.

● Employees will participate in internal training courses on soft skills and professional skills related to their job duties: project management, business analysis, and other necessary skills for the job… these training activities are designed to enhance employee capabilities and support more effective work performance.
