Job Description

- Job details:

+Operations Management: Perform basic operations on the website platform according to company procedures, ensuring the system operates stably.

+Customer care: Receiving, responding to, and assisting users with inquiries via online chat channels in a professional and friendly manner.

+Optimize retention rates: Utilize communication and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships with customers and enhance the user experience on the platform.

+ Reporting & Coordination: Coordinate closely with relevant departments and hand over tasks between shifts to ensure uninterrupted operational progress.

- Job requirements:

+Proficient in office computer skills

Communication skills

Female, 22 years old and above

+ Shift work and night shifts are possible.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Attitude: Highly responsible, meticulous in work, and possesses a proactive attitude.

With three flexible shifts, you won't have to worry about working overtime.

- Benefits received:

+Basic salary of 10 million VND (excluding bonuses and commissions). Unlimited commission income – the harder you work, the higher your income (currently, the average income of employees after 3 months of work is approximately 30 million VND/month).

Work location: 38 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City

Working hours: 3 shifts

Morning Shift: 06:30 – 15:00

Afternoon Shift: 14:30 – 23:00

Night Shift: 22:30 – 07:00
