Building emotional connections with customers
- Organize workshops, mini events, cafe talks.
- Maintain regular interaction in the customer community (group, fanpage, Zalo OA).
- Create personalized care programs (thank you letters, birthdays, special days).
Nurturing the community of sisters
- Manage and develop online community groups.
- Seeding content, encouraging sharing so customers feel heard.
- Organize mini challenges, interactive content to maintain engagement.
Partner & KOC/KOL Connection
- Booking KOC, collaborating with women's groups, lifestyle brands.
- Review content and manage media images to ensure consistency.
Listen & Respond to Customers
- Collect insights through surveys, chats, mini talks.
- Periodic reporting to Marketing team.
- Propose activities to improve customer experience.
Candidate requirements
Knowledge & Experience
- 12 years of experience in PR, Community, Event, Customer Care .
- Priority given to those with experience in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries.
- Experience in building community/customer groups is an advantage.
Skill
- Communicate & connect, create natural closeness with customers.
- Event organization & community management.
- Write seeding content, share emotional content.
- Working with KOC, women's group.
- Listen, exploit insights and respond flexibly.

Interest
Income: 12-16 million VND/month (salary negotiation based on ability)
