- Job details:
- Change into uniform and ensure personal hygiene and conduct standards are met as required before each shift.
- Prepare all necessary materials and equipment, ensuring they are readily available for the shift.
- Receive shift assignment, begin work shift: inspect area, equipment, supplies, tools, raw materials, etc.
- Issue out of inventory the raw materials used for the bar.
- Prepare drinks according to customer orders: adhering to the correct recipe, presentation, and serving style.
- Working shifts, being in charge of shifts, performing tasks during the shift, working at the bar, preparing ingredients, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of beverages during the shift: color, taste, presentation, etc.
- Capable of assessing the quality of beverages and knowledgeable about ingredients used in their preparation.
- Participate in proposing and evaluating products, and work within the department on creating new beverages based on the restaurant's core values.
- Ensure the bar area and all equipment are always tidy and clean.
- Take care of the assets in the bar area: bar equipment, machinery, tools, etc.
- Ensure that equipment is clean, well-functioning, and meets quality standards; in case of any defects (missing items, damage, breakage, etc.), report them immediately to your supervisor for timely action.
- Check inventory and report losses as instructed. Order goods, participate in proposing tools and equipment, etc.
- Participate in company training sessions and proactively learn to improve your skills in order to better meet job requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to accomplish common tasks.
- Perform tasks as instructed by superiors.
- Report on work as required by superiors. If working the night shift, perform end-of-shift cleaning.
- Job requirements:
- Age range: 18 - 30 years old
- No experience required; training will be provided.
- Passionate about the F&B industry.
- Careful and meticulous in work.
- Possesses a willingness to learn, is hardworking, and works well in a team.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
(Flexible shift rotation of 9 hours/day (9am-9pm), including rest periods)
- Benefits received:
- Salary: 7,200,000 – 8,000,000 VND / 26 standard working days / month
