Job details
- Carry out advertising to increase brand recognition
- Implement advertising to find potential customers on Facebook, Tiktok, Google
- Manage and allocate advertising budget (performance budget) to achieve goals in terms of number of potential customers, quality of potential customers and cost per lead (CPL).
- Track, optimize and report performance across conversion stages through close monitoring of CPM, CPC, CPL costs and appropriate conversion rates
- Coordinate with internal creative departments to produce advertising content (including copy and videos/photos used for advertising)
Candidate requirements
- Experience managing and running large performance budgets
- Understand the operating and advertising distribution mechanisms of Facebook, Tiktok, Google
- Proficient in using advertising tools
- Able to work independently, have a sense of responsibility, and withstand high work pressure
- Ability to solve problems and good teamwork
- Have personal laptop
