IV. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Business
- Sales, responsible for assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets;
2. Market development
- Exploit and develop customers according to assigned market segments;
- Update relevant information about the tourism market;
- Participate in Networking Events or Tourism Fairs at home and abroad to find potential customers;
- Search and attract new potential customers, create a database, and maintain good relationships with the company's existing customers.
3. Customer care
- Thoroughly analyze, handle and resolve all customer inquiries and complaints;
- Get opinions and feedback from guests after using hotel services;
- Provide relevant departments to review and learn from experience in necessary cases.
4. Contract
- Negotiate and sign contracts to sell the company's products and services;
- Coordinate with relevant parties to make contracts, monitor the entire contract process (from the time the contract is sent, signed, sealed, returned, transferred to the accountant for storage);
- Support Accounting to collect debts from customers.
5. Report
- Implement weekly/monthly reports and business plans for Leaders;
- Perform quarterly account analysis reports.
6. Other jobs
- Coordinate work with other units;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

V. WORKING CONDITIONS:- Working hours: 45 hours/week from Monday - Saturday (not including 01 hour break), except for ½ day on Saturday;
- Are provided with working tools including: laptop, annual company uniform (vest, skirt, shirt,...).
BECAUSE. RIGHT:- Means of transportation to work: Self-sufficient;
- Monthly salary: 10,000,000 - 14,000,000 VND/month;
- Payment method: bank transfer;
- Get paid on the 7th of every month, if you win on a day off, pay one day in advance;
- Bonus: depends on the business situation, is entitled to the 13th month salary and will be calculated proportionally to the employee's working time at the Company (if not yet worked for a full year);
- Salary increase: according to Company regulations;
- Resting mode:
- Annual leave: 12 days/year. The Company may designate a number of days off depending on the Company's business situation;
- Holidays and New Year holidays: According to the provisions of Vietnam Labor Law;
- Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance: The company and employees will pay social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance according to current State regulations;
- Training mode: according to job requirements.
VII. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:- From College and above;
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the Service, Hotel or Customer Service industry.
