- Receive hotel booking information from customers, advise and process booking requests through the company's channels.
- Contact hotel to confirm room status and feedback to customers, manage booking.
- Promptly answer customer questions about services and complaints; advise on room reservations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers. Take care of the company's old partners (visit, update programs, quote,...)
