Job Description
Weldcom is recruiting IT staff in Long Bien, Hanoi:
- Manage the company's IT system, database, and Cloud server
- Responsible for database administration/backup/restore of company's database and server.
- Responsible for implementing, monitoring and maintaining communication systems including Lan, Wan, Voice, Camera and Cloud Server systems to ensure that the entire system operates at its best performance.
- Install and handle errors related to computer equipment, Network, software, Camera and peripheral devices - Ensure information security and safety and prevent viruses.
- Organize and perform maintenance, repair and overhaul of equipment (computers, cameras, servers, computer networks...)
- Manage equipment and participate in equipment management at the company's HO, troubleshoot computer hardware problems.
- Instructions for use, training and answering questions of company staff during use, supporting users when problems occur
- Responsible for purchasing, selecting, accepting and delivering equipment to departments and surrounding areas
- Update and manage device information on the system according to company regulations.
- Participate in developing regulations, procedures, and technical operating instructions for equipment.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of LAN, WAN network systems
- Know how to set up Outlook mail, manage Google workspace
- Ability to install and manage applications
- Able to work under pressure, work independently and in a team
- At least 2 years of experience in network and equipment management and installation Or 1-3 years of experience in IT Support.
- Ability to install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems of all versions;
- Proficient in using office equipment (computers, printers, projectors...), able to install and diagnose network devices, computers...
Interest:
Income: 11 - 13 million
