JOB DETAILS - Collaborate with Product Manager to define product goals, project scope, roles & responsibilities
- Identify resource needs and manage resource availability & allocation both internally and third parties
- Develop budgets based on requirements and track costs to ensure projects stay within budget
- Prepare detailed project plans to map out milestones, workflows & activities
- Manage project implementation according to plan
- Monitor the project and provide regular status reports to the project team and stakeholders
- Manage and adjust when there are changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget
- Identify and minimize potential risks
- Manage relationships and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered to their satisfaction
Requirements ** Required skills and requirements:
- Have experience working in project management
- Good technical skills and solid understanding of software development
- Business & commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills
- Analytical skills to accurately identify risks and resolve problems arising in the project
- Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Good communication skills, ability to manage stakeholders & resolve conflicts effectively
- Good team player and an effective leader who can motivate project team
- Have product and market thinking
- Experience working at startups and bringing products to PMF (Product Market Fit) stage
- Business Japanese level (minimum N2) - required
** Preferred skills and requirements:
- Have PMP certificate
- Experience working in multinational companies
Salary in Gross & Net 2500$ Gross (can nego)
Working time : Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Other Benefits- 14 months' salary a year
