Ensure smooth operations : Coordinate with Account Manager and Product Manager teams to ensure smooth car service operations.
Order and booking management : Monitor booking processing, ensure bookings are made as requested, and resolve any booking-related issues.
Supplier support : Support partners in processing order information, updating bookings on the OTA system, and resolving questions from partners.
Customer data management : Update, store customer information, transaction history and special requests on the system.
Make reports : Prepare sales reports, sales activities, and campaign effectiveness for relevant departments.
Process Optimization : Propose and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce errors.
Solve arising problems : Be the focal point for receiving information and feedback from customers and partners via email, phone and in person.
Participate in marketing activities : Support product promotion activities when requested.
Job requirements:
Experience : At least 3 years of experience in OTA operations or tourism. Experience in sales and operations management is preferred.
Skill :
Excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Good communication skills, especially with partners and customers.
Have team spirit and ability to work independently.
Education : University degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
Language : Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Technology : Understanding of OTA management systems such as GDS (Global Distribution System), PMS (Property Management System), and sales management tools.
