Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for greeting patients at the clinic, advising on service packages after the doctor has provided specific advice on treatment issues, receiving data from the sales department to schedule appointments, and providing post-treatment customer care.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcoming patients at the clinic.
Consultation on service packages (after the doctor has specifically advised on the client's treatment needs)
Receive data from the sales department, schedule appointments.
Post-treatment care for patients

REQUEST:

Fluent in spoken English
Good communication skills
Be careful, be gentle.
In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: proficiency in handling situations.
In addition, the following are required: understanding of the role of a Consultant, knowledge related to Sales, a strong grasp of Dentistry, and experience working with the English language.
