CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
We are a Global Financial Group with a strong presence in many countries around the world. As part of our continued growth, we are now expanding our operations into the Vietnam & International market.
We are looking for a Customer Support (Staff level) and who have expertise in KOREAN & ENGLISH to work on-site in Vietnam, supporting customers in Korea and International.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
- Provide accurate information and assistance related to our products and services, resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Assist customers in navigating our platform, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through various processes.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Identify recurring customer issues and proactively work improving towards our support processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and to gather feedback on their support experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers.
*Requirements:
- Open for freshers or candidates who have experiences in a customer support role ;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of Korean and English language.
- Empathy and the ability to actively listen to customer concerns, showing genuine care and understanding.
- Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including day shift and swing shift, as required.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
Working days: 5 days/week - 8 hours/day
Working time: follow time zone in Korea (day time working)
Weekly off/Holidays working : assigned by Leader (if there is any)
Salary range: open for discussion
Performance incentive (monthly), Performance Bonus
Night shift allowance (if there is any) ~USD15/day
