JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Booking processing:
+ Receive and process reservations from multiple sources (direct, TA, OTA, CRS).
+ Process group and event bookings from the sales department.
+ Manage booking codes, update room availability.
- Customer service:
+ Answer phones, consult about room information, services, promotions.
+ Handle special requests and customer complaints.
- Room information management:
+ Understand information about room types, usage status, and maintenance.
+ Update prices, service packages, promotions.
- Manage booking records:
+ Create and update booking records; process changes and cancellations.
+ Send confirmation email, track deposit/payment.
+ Prepare booking reports and capacity forecasts.
+ Understand the reservation and no-show policies.
- Other tasks:
+ Coordinate with other departments to ensure service quality.
+ Support reception when needed; handle administrative work.
+ Update event information to advise customers.
+ Perform other tasks as required by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team.
- Ability to withstand pressure and handle situations well.
- Careful, meticulous, highly responsible in work.
- Ability to use hotel management software/reservation system proficiently.
