- Position: Customer Service Staff (4-month project) - Working hours: 09:00 18:00 (Monday - Friday) and 09:00 12:00 (Saturday) - Project period: From May to August, 2025 - Form: Full-time, project contract - Field: Events, exhibitions, trade connections - Working location: Company office in Ho Chi Minh City (No. DP15, Dragon Parc 1 Villa Area, Phu Long Residential Area, Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be, Ho Chi Minh City) 2. Job description: - Call the available data list to notify about event information. - Guide customers through the event registration process. - Introduce and advise on commercial cooperation opportunities at the event. - Build and maintain relationships with potential customers. - Handle customer questions and concerns related to the event. - Update and manage customer information on CRM system. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure event information is conveyed fully and accurately. - Report daily, weekly and monthly work results as required. - Have experience in customer service, Telesales from 3 months to 1 year. - Pleasant voice, good communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to handle situations flexibly and quickly. - Responsible and patient. - Ability to communicate in English is an advantage - Proficient in basic office software (Excel, Google Sheets) - Knowing how to use CRM is an advantage. - Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the field of events, exhibitions and commerce. - Personal laptop required 4.
