■Job Description
- Identify and manage human resources, business processes, quality standards (QCD), and quality improvement processes for each project by company/department and goals, KPIs, processes, standards , request, etc
- Solve problems that occur in each project. Take steps to improve the performance of the project team you're managing.
- Make a human resource development plan and assign activities based on it
- Share and propose with the manager information such as infrastructure, equipment, development environment, training, team mamber, human resource management, improvement activities, project expansion potential,...
-Report project progress, issues, concerns, suggestions, etc. to manager (regularly or upon request)

■Requirements
- Male/female, under 38 years old
- Graduated from university majoring in IT
- Five years of PM experience for a Japanese IT company
- Ability to manage projects, manage members...
- Japanese N2, good communication
- Intermediate English
■Working time: MonFri：Flexible in and out time starts: : ~ :AM and leave : ~ :PM
■Salary: 2500$ (can add more)
