Record, report and track bugs on management systems such as JIRA, Trello, Redmine ,...
Coordinate with development team (Dev), BA team and QA team to ensure product meets quality standards before release.
Write test reports, evaluate test results and recommend improvements to the testing process.
Check product related documentation to ensure accuracy of request.
For Junior: Have at least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Manual Testing.
Understanding of software testing methods such as Black-box Testing, White-box Testing, UAT, Smoke Test, Sanity Test, Ad-hoc Test, Exploratory Test ,...
Proficient in writing Test Case, Test Scenario, Test Report .
Experience working with bug management tools (JIRA, Trello, Redmine, Bugzilla,...) .
Basic understanding of software development process (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) .
Ability to analyze requirements, assess risks and recommend improvements.
Knowing how to use Postman for API testing is a plus.
Basic understanding of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server,...) to check data in the Database is a plus.
Good teamwork skills, communication skills and high sense of responsibility.
