    Job description

    • Technical Support: Provide technical support to end users, resolve hardware and software related issues, ensure a high level of customer service.
    • Instructions for use : Guide users on how to use the software and new functions when necessary.
    • Flexible Work Schedule: Work 8 hours a day with flexible hours, 5 days a week, rotating weekends to ensure 24/7 support
    • Remote Support: Use tools like TeamViewer to remotely support customers and handle problems quickly and effectively.
    • Device Setup: Install software, printers, network routers and other devices remotely for customers.
    • Troubleshooting: Fix problems with networks, computers, printers and peripheral devices such as scanners, electronic scales, etc.
    • Customer Instructions: Provide clear instructions to customers on the problem resolution process.
    • Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to continuously improve products…

    Job requirements

    • Qualification: Graduated from university/college majoring in IT/Network or related fields.
    • English : Requires the ability to chat directly with customers in the US. Being able to communicate in English is a big advantage.
    • Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience in the IT Helpdesk field
    • Network Skills: Proficient in setting up and handling problems related to computer networks.
    • Support Tools: Proficient in using TeamViewer and other remote support tools.
    • Responsibility and Honesty: High sense of responsibility and honesty at work.
    • Work Pressure: Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
    • Communication and Teamwork: Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Office Information Technology: Proficient in office applications such as Word, Excel.
