    Job Description

    A. Arrange and orient the work of the Design team:

    • Provide concept direction and suggestions for initial creative ideas for the team.
    • Offer new initiatives in developing packaging, publications, and gifts.
    • Responsible for managing and operating the design team to meet work requirements and work progress in main design areas including:
    • Key Visual/ Moodboard
    • Packaging, labels
    • Branding brand
    • UX/UI
    • Printed products, gifts or other practical requirements

    B. Product system design and development:

    • Receive information from the Director and business team about specific design requirements.
    • Coordinate with staff when needed to convey ideas into Key visuals and good layouts, contributing to enhancing product value.
    • Provide specific image design standards and brand guidelines for the Company's products, publications, events, documentary photography, etc.
    • Work with the content, production engineering, and sales departments and be responsible for the image of the output product.
    • Periodically research trends, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of competitors' images to make recommendations to the Company and improve the effectiveness of the Design team's output products.

    C. Team training and development:

    • T participate in recruiting and training new employees about work, culture as well as developing employee skills.
    • Coordinate with Human Resources and other Team leaders in reviewing, evaluating and developing personnel qualifications.
    • Other related work upon request.
