JOB DETAILS: This position is responsible for developing and implementing KOL/KOC booking plans for marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and coordinating with other teams to ensure campaign effectiveness. The candidate will also participate in concept development, video scriptwriting, and ensuring content aligns with the brand.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and implement a plan for booking KOLs/KOCs for each marketing campaign.
- Search for, contact, and work directly with KOLs/KOCs or agencies to implement campaigns aligned with brand direction.
- Manage and optimize the booking budget, ensuring effectiveness according to campaign KPIs.
- Participate in developing video concepts and scripts, and collaborate on production with the filming and editing team, editors, KOCs, guest stars, and outsource partners.
- Ensure the video content is consistent with the tone & mood and brand positioning.
- Monitor content effectiveness, measure and optimize video/campaign quality.
- Collaborate with the Planner, Content, Ads, and Operations teams to ensure the campaign is implemented seamlessly.
- Compile campaign results and report campaign effectiveness to the Marketing Team Leader.
REQUEST:- Graduated from college/university with a major in Economics, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Interns will receive training and guidance on the job.
- They possess creative thinking, good aesthetic taste, and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Staying sensitive to social media trends and up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
- Knowing how to use AI and ChatGPT is an advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working at an agency, media company, or entertainment company.
- Capable of creating creative and engaging content.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Proactive, responsible, ambitious, and serious about work.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to have: TikTok skills and creative ability.
- To meet the job requirements, knowledge of advertising, social media marketing, and experience working with other marketing professionals is necessary.

- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:30.
