Execute the project marketing plan as assigned by the Marketing Manager and as requested by the Investor.
Collaborate with the Sales department to implement marketing activities to support sales: launch events, kick-offs, bookings, and sales events at the project/sales floor.
Monitor progress and report on the effectiveness of project marketing activities on a weekly/monthly basis.
Sales document and project publication management
Conceptualize and implement online and offline sales materials for the project:
Leaflets, brochures, posters, standees, consultation materials, project communication images.
Ensure that the documentation contains accurate legal information, product details, and policies as updated by the developer.
Coordinate with the design/printing/photography team to complete the publication on schedule.
Project & Brand Communication for NOVASKY
Participate in building and developing the company's project and brand communication channels (fanpage, internal group, sales channels, etc.).
Monitor the market, stay updated on real estate media trends, and propose creative ideas suitable for each stage of the sales process.
Participate in organizing internal project activities:
Weekly/Monthly Sales Competition Program
Honoring Outstanding Sales Performance
Birthday celebrations, team building activities, and internal mini-games.
Set up and operate events as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Project internal training & communication
Coordinate the development and organization of project training programs for the sales team.
Receive training requests from the Sales department, prepare invitation letters, announcements, content, and communication materials for the training program.
