+) Mission:
Monitor, periodically check and handle errors and problems arising during software operation.
+) Responsibilities:
Answer questions, provide instructions on how to use the software for hotel staff; Support users in troubleshooting software-related problems; Participate in the development, testing and deployment of new software versions; Ensure the integrity and security of data in the software; Perform data backup and recovery when necessary; Create user manuals and technical documents related to the software; Update documents when there are changes or software upgrades; Ensure the software system operates stably, meeting the needs of the hotel and users; Directly repair, maintain and install hotel management software systems (operating systems, application software) for servers and sub-machines; Responsible for recording and storing all relevant data of the department; Propose and proactively seek ideas to improve the maintenance operations of the hotel management software system; Provide guidance and support for operating the professional software system for staff of hotel departments: Smile FO, POS, HRM, BO; Receive feedback on software problems from staff of departments and promptly handle them.
+) Authority: Propose solutions to improve and upgrade software to meet the increasing needs of the hotel.
- Qualification requirements: Major in information technology or business administration, knowledge of hotel management software and problem solving skills. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Windows Server, Active Directory and other hotel management software; Proficiency in office software, experience, skills in troubleshooting and maintaining hotel management software;
- Experience requirements: At least 05 years of experience working as a Hotel Management Software Maintenance Technician
- Other requirements (if any): Good communication skills, internal and external relations, good problem solving, working well in a high-pressure environment, high sense of responsibility. Fluent in Chinese for easy communication. Need to master the features and functions of the software, including booking management, guest management, inventory management, sales management (POS), reporting, integration with other systems. Understanding of how to work with databases (SQL, NoSQL) to query, edit and manage data related to the software.
